Egg Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:
8 Hard Boiled Eggs
½ Cup Mayo
2 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Ground Dill
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Instructions:
Boil eggs for about 8 minutes, let cool completely.
Peel eggs, slice in half, remove yolk and place only yolks in a large bowl, dice whites, set aside for later.
Add mustard, ground dill, garlic powder, paprika, and salt/pepper to yolks. Mix well.
Add whites to mixture until just combined.
Place between 2 slices of whole grain bread or enjoy over a bed of lettuce.
