Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 8 Hard Boiled Eggs

  • ½ Cup Mayo

  • 2 tsp Mustard

  • 1 tsp Ground Dill

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • Salt/Pepper to Taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil eggs for about 8 minutes, let cool completely.

  2. Peel eggs, slice in half, remove yolk and place only yolks in a large bowl, dice whites, set aside for later.

  3. Add mustard, ground dill, garlic powder, paprika, and salt/pepper to yolks. Mix well. 

  4. Add whites to mixture until just combined.

  5. Place between 2 slices of whole grain bread or enjoy over a bed of lettuce.
