Trail Clusters

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Cashews

  • 1 Cup Dried Cranberries

  • 2 Cups Dark or Milk Chocolate

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla 

  • Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt chocolate with coconut oil using the stove on low heat or in the microwave.

  2. Take the pan off the heat, add vanilla, stir to combine.

  3. Add the cashews and cranberries, stir to combine.

  4. Drop by tablespoon full onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

  5. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt.

  6. Place in the freezer for about an hour.

  7. Store them in the fridge, freezer, or hunting cooler.
