Cast Iron Steak
Ingredients:
2 Steaks - any type of tender red meat
1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Steak Seasoning
1 Clove Crushed Garlic (preferably not powdered)
1/2 tsp. Fresh Thyme
1/4 tsp. Fresh Sage
1/2 tsp. Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Oregano
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Butter
Instructions:
In a large bowl, coat the steak evenly with olive oil
Chop up fresh herbs, toss in bowl
Mix together spices, toss in bowl
Add Worcestershire Sauce
Mix all together and let the steak set for 30 minutes
Heat cast iron skillet with butter; medium-high
Throw steaks on until cooked to your liking
131 Degrees internally for medium rare
Depending on the cut, 5-10 minutes per side
