10 Power Clean and Jerks (95/65 lbs.)

This is a partner workout, and intended to be unbroken. 5 rounds each partner.
We used this as a warm-up into a lifting day. If you are using this as your primary workout, we would suggest increasing the rounds (max 10).
Below is the lifting portion that was coupled with the workout:
Bench Press:
12 Reps / 10 Reps / 8 Reps (Increasing weight each set)
Super Set: 3 x 12
Incline DB Bench
Tricep Pull-downs (you can substitute with close grip push-ups)
