Every Minute On Minute x 30 (10 Rounds):

Min 1 - 12 Cal Assault Bike

Min 2a - 10 DB Deadlifts / 10 DB Front Squats (Lightweight)

Min 2b - 10-12 DB Goblet Reverse Lunges (70 / 50 lbs.)

Min 3 - 25 Sit-ups

  • If you do not have a bike available, replace the movement with 12 burpees.

  • Alternate Min 2a and 2b - Going every other, you will be completing a total of 5 rounds a each.
