Every Minute On Minute x 15:

Min 1: Run 200m

Min 2: 10 Burpees over Bar

Min 3: DB Power Cleans / Front Squats / Push Press

*** Notes ***

  • DB movements go as follows:

    • Rounds 1 & 2 - 6 reps of each movement (PC, FS, PP)

    • Rounds 3 & 4 - 7 reps of each movement

    • Round 5 - 8 reps of each movement

  • Pace appropriately, no movement is overly challenging, but try to avoid spiking the heart rate.
