Protein Pancakes
Ingredients: (2-3 Servings)
1 Scoop Protein Powder (We use a birthday cake flavor!)
1 Cup Oat Flour (Blended Oatmeal)
2 tsp Baking Powder
4 Egg Whites
¼ Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
¼ Cup Almond Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Heat a non-stick skillet to medium
Spray with cooking spray or using a dash of oil
Scoop using ⅓ measuring cup onto pan
Cook about 2 minutes per side
Serve with warm maple syrup, fresh fruit, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar. These are also good as is or once cooled as a breakfast on-the-go!
