Protein Pancakes

Ingredients: (2-3 Servings)

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (We use a birthday cake flavor!)

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour (Blended Oatmeal)

  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 4 Egg Whites

  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

  • ¼ Cup Almond Milk

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium 

  3. Spray with cooking spray or using a dash of oil

  4. Scoop using ⅓ measuring cup onto pan

  5. Cook about 2 minutes per side

  6. Serve with warm maple syrup, fresh fruit, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar. These are also good as is or once cooled as a breakfast on-the-go!
